    Potato dumpling

  • 500g of potato

  • 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 coffee spoon of baking powder
  • oil for frying
  • Peel the potatoes and cook them in the chicken broth. Let the potatoes drain and put them in the ricer. Mix the other stuff in the puree. Fry by spoonfuls in a lot of hot oil until they get tanned. As you take them off the frying pan, put in absorbent paper.

    Apple cream and yogurt

  • 6 acid apples
  • 1 teacup of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 pot of Nestlé natura yogurt (200ml)

  • Peel the apples and cut in big cubes. Put in a pan, put lemon juice and mix with the sugar. Cover and cook them until gets soft. Put it all with yogurt in the blender. In another pan, put the butter and when it melts, put the roasted barley(?). Mix until it looks like farofa (which is a toasted cassava or maize flour mixture). Then, mix it with the cinnamon and sugar. Serve the cream in cups and put the farofa thing on top. Put in the fridge. Preparation time: 40min.
