Clow Reed クロウ・リード / Mago Clow (Cardcaptor Sakura)
Clow Reed is the creator of The Clow Cards and its guardians, Kerberos and Yue. Son of a british father and a chinese mother, both magicians respectively of Sun and Moon powers, Clow inherited western and eastern magic, which made him the world's most powerful magician. The cards had their names written in both han(漢字) characters and english. His magic could not be replicated, and he wanted it to be used for good purpose only. Clow's magic was that great because it was unbalanced, containing much more Sun's Yang(陽) energy than Moon's Yin(陰), as it can be noticed in his magic circle (fact that matches Sakura's power being the "Star", her magic at balance with both Sun and Moon):
With a frequent smile, his content, tricky and mischievous nature contributed to the existence of his enemies and rivals along the way. Clow was bothered by his own precognition powers (which even made him know about Sakura before she was born), because it took off every oportunity of having joy with his hundreds of years long life (according to Kerberos), since he could know all that would happen. Then, he made a plan to leave the position of most powerful mage: he designated Kerberos and Yue to choose and judge his sucessor and future owner of The Clow, while he would secretly reeincarnate in two different people, in an failed attempt of reducing his own power with this final spell - Fujitaka Kinomoto (Sakura's father, manga only) and Eriol Hiiragizawa, who earned all memories and powers, stating that he has darkness's magic (ep 69). Clow was present during Sakura's entire journey collecting the cards, and, as Eriol, caused events in order to test and aprimorate her magic to transform the Clow Cards into Sakura cards. In the manga, there are only 19 Clow Cards, while the anime has 53. The fifty-third card, The Nothing (shown in the second movie, The Sealed Card), was made of pure Yin, negative (opposite to Yang's positive present in the 52 other cards) energy, and had the power of all Clow Cards together, in order to balance The Clow's magic. It was sealed under his mansion in Tomoeda, unknown to the guardians, due to its destructive power. Xiaolang Li (李小狼) is Clow's descendant, since he's from the Li Clan, of which Clow's mother belonged to. Syaoran's Compass was created by Clow to track his cards; he also created the Moon Bell, used by Kaho Mizuki, to give Sakura a second chance in Yue's Final Judgement.
Cute fact: Clow made The Bubbles card to bathe Kerberos.
It is implied that CLAMP got inspiration from Aleister Crowley, known british occult magician (who also made his own Tarot deck, Thelema), for making Clow Reed's character.

Yoriichi Tsugikuni 継国縁壱 (Demon Slayer / Kimetsu no Yaiba)
Yoriichi is the most skilled, strong and powerful slayer of all time. He created the first Breathing Style, Sun Breathing, and was the first to develop a mark (as seen in his forehead), of which he was actually born with. Yoriichi was so fast that the training battle doll made to mimic his skills, Zeroshiki, had to be given six arms. Having faced and almost killed a 500 years old Muzan alone, he died of aging at age 85, standing on his feet seconds after fighting Kokushibo (Michikatsu Tsugikuni), his oni twin brother and Upper Rank One Kizuki, who admited he could have been defeated if Yoriichi striked his neck twice.
As a child, his family assumed he was deaf, since he never spoke until the age of 7. At this time, Yoriichi would be always close to his mother, being the only one for a while who noticed she was actually sick - she was also the first one to hear him speak. He admired Michikatsu and, because of his dream, said he'd become the "second strongest samurai". Yoriichi has a calm personality and a permanent serene posture/expression, believing truly to be an ordinary man, never thinking of himself as any more than this; he was very empathic, humble, gentle, respectful and used to help people often. No one could tell if he would be emotionally disturbed at all, except for his wife Uta, but Yoriichi had feelings just like any other person and experienced it normally. After failing to protect the lives of his loved ones (and fail according to his own terms), he stated that both himself and his name were meaningless. Yoriichi was banished from the Hashira clan after his brother became a demon; when the twins met several years later, he showed to be extremely disappointed and embarassed for Michikatsu. Even when fighting Muzan, he emanated no fighting spirit or anger. He didn't have descendants or sucessors.

Fun fact: Tanjiro's hanafuda earrings are originally Yoriichi's, who gave it to the Kamado's family.
