- Kris and you, the player, are different characters. Kris is possessed by the SOUL (red heart), which you use to control them and say/do stuff they don't always agree with.

- They're the only human in town, and don't seem to know others. Kris's origin is unknown. It's likely that they have a bit trouble to fit in.

- Kris has red eyes

- Their voice is described as deadpan and mumbly

- Kris carries a kitchen knife everywhere

- They tend to sleep during class, and always sit in the back

- Asriel used to take them to school in the past

- They have experience with breaking into places and have helped Noelle enter her own house when she would get accidentally locked out

- Kris likes dogs to the point they likely wish to be one

- They won't like to play the piano, which they're good at, if there are people paying attention

- Kris's favorite food is Toriel's pie

- They're good with videogames and tend to piss off Berdly when they play together
